Job Summary
The Maintenance Engineer – Utilities & Compressor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of all utility equipment including air compressors, electrical systems, water supply, and factory infrastructure. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring uninterrupted utility services across the plant
Key Responsibilities
Maintain air compressors, air dryers, and utility systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in machines and equipment.
- Maintain plant electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and power distribution.
- Maintain water pumps, pipelines, plumbing, and other factory utilities.
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain factory lighting, electrical fittings, and infrastructure.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history cards, and audit documentation.
- Monitor utility performance and reduce equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Qualification: >> Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
